The Spinnaker Master Trust's investment managers are Legal & General (LGIM) who are one of the leading fund management groups in the UK. LGIM manage over £233 billion, and own over 3% of the UK stock market on behalf of our clients.

Corporate Trustee

Spinnaker have appointed LawInvest Trust Corporation to act as Corporate Trustee for the Spinnaker Master Trust. LawInvest are a subsidiary of LG who are lawyers based in More London and who were originally established in 1725.

Auditors

Spinnaker Master Trust have appointed Ash Shaw as the pension scheme auditor. Established in 2004 Ash Shaw is becoming one of the leading names in pension auditing circles. During 2006 they won a number of high profile mandates including Moet Hennessey Group and Fiat UK. Ash Shaw were voted Pension Scheme Accountants of the year 2007 at the UK Pensions Awards.

Administrators

Spinnaker Master Trust have appointed Michael Kirk & Partners Ltd as the pensions Scheme Administrators. In 2007 Michael Kirk celebrated 20 years of success in the third-party pension administration industry and currently look after in excess of £200 Million of pension scheme assets.
